Achievements at Grattiano

Achievements at Grattiano add a structured progression system to regular casino activity. Instead of completing a single promotion and moving on, registered players can follow achievement paths, work through individual quests, collect themed artifacts and receive Coins for completed objectives.

Each achievement has its own conditions. A task may relate to account activity, eligible casino games, specified results or collectible items. The current requirements, progress indicator and available reward are displayed on the relevant achievement card after the player signs in.

The system does not alter the mathematical model of any casino game. RTP, volatility and game outcomes remain determined by the software provider. Achievements operate as a separate reward layer connected to qualifying account activity.

How Grattiano Achievements Work

The Achievements page presents available objectives as individual quests and grouped achievement paths. Players can review what needs to be completed, monitor recorded progress and see which objectives are new, active or already completed.

Achievement Paths

An Achievement Path combines several connected quests under one theme. A standard path contains six tasks that can be progressed at the same time, provided the relevant conditions are met.

The tasks do not necessarily have to be completed in a fixed order. One quest may track general activity while another records an eligible result in a selected game category. Progress is calculated separately for each card.

Six Quests in One Path

Each of the six quests has an individual target and reward. Completing one task does not automatically complete the others, even when several quests relate to the same game or account action.

Before starting, players should open every card and check:

• the exact target;
• eligible games or activities;
• minimum qualifying stake, if applicable;
• required number of actions or results;
• the validity period;
• the reward offered for completion;
• whether manual activation or claiming is required.

Main Achievement

Completing all six quests in a path can unlock the Main Achievement. This final stage is separate from the individual quest rewards and may provide an additional Coin allocation or another reward shown on the page.

The Main Achievement is granted only when every required task has been registered as complete. Partial progress across several quests does not count as full path completion.

Achievement Statuses

The account interface can separate quests according to their current status. This helps players distinguish newly available objectives from tasks already in progress or completed.

New Achievements

New cards show objectives that have not yet been completed. Some may begin tracking automatically, while others may require the player to open the card, opt in or perform a stated qualifying action.

Achievements in Progress

An active achievement displays recorded progress towards its target. Updates may appear after a qualifying round, transaction or other eligible action has been fully processed.

If the indicator does not change immediately, players should allow time for the activity to be recorded before repeating the same action. The transaction or game history can be used to check whether the relevant round was accepted.

Completed Achievements

Completed tasks remain visible as part of the account’s achievement history. Depending on the card, the reward may be added automatically or may require the player to press a claim button before the stated deadline.

Types of Achievements at Grattiano

The available quests can be divided into several broad groups. Their exact composition may change as new achievement paths are introduced.

Activity Achievements

Activity objectives are linked to actions performed through a registered Grattiano account. A quest may monitor a specified number of qualifying rounds, activity on selected days or another condition described on the card.

Only the activity expressly included in the rules is counted. Opening a game, viewing a page or starting a round that is cancelled before acceptance may not satisfy the requirement.

Repeated Activity Targets

Some paths use several stages of the same general objective. The first quest may set a smaller target, while later stages require more qualifying actions.

Each stage is treated separately. Completing an earlier card does not remove the need to meet the conditions displayed on the following task.

Game Wins Achievements

Game Wins objectives are based on eligible results recorded in selected casino titles or categories. The task can specify a game, game type, winning combination, multiplier or another measurable outcome.

A normal payout does not automatically qualify for every achievement. The result must match the wording of the active card and be produced during an eligible round.

Provider Records Determine the Result

Achievement progress is based on the final result stored by the game provider and the Grattiano account system. Animations, visual effects or temporary values shown before a round is settled do not replace the recorded outcome.

If a connection is interrupted, the completed round is normally resolved on the provider’s server. Players can check the game history before contacting support about missing progress.

Collectible Achievements

Collectible paths require players to obtain themed artifacts or other digital items connected to individual quests. Each completed stage can add another item to the collection.

The artifacts serve as markers of progress within the achievement system. They are not casino chips, account cash or independently withdrawable items.

Completing an Artifact Collection

A collection is considered complete only when all required items in the relevant path have been unlocked. Obtaining the same type of result outside the active achievement conditions does not necessarily add an artifact.

The page should be checked regularly to confirm which item is currently available and whether the path has an expiry date.

Coins Earned from Achievements

Coins are the internal reward units used by the Grattiano achievement and Shop system. An achievement card states how many Coins are granted after its conditions are completed.

Coins are separate from the cash and bonus balances. They do not have a fixed withdrawable value on their own and must be used according to the options and exchange rates displayed in the Shop.

How Coins Are Credited

Coins may be added after a quest is completed or after the player manually claims the reward. The balance shown in the account is the relevant reference for the amount currently available.

Where a card has a claim deadline, failing to collect the reward in time may result in its expiry. Players should read the achievement conditions instead of assuming that every reward remains available indefinitely.

Using Coins in the Shop

Available Coins can be exchanged for selected rewards offered in the Grattiano Shop. Depending on the current catalogue, these may include free spins, bonus funds or other promotional items.

Shop availability, prices and reward quantities can change. The offer displayed when an exchange is confirmed determines the applicable Coin cost and reward value.

Coins Are Not Real-Money Funds

Coins cannot normally be withdrawn directly through the cashier or transferred between player accounts. Their purpose is to access the reward options listed in the Shop.

Once Coins have been exchanged, the resulting reward may be subject to separate conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum stake limits and an expiry period.

How to Start Completing Achievements

1. Create an account or sign in to Grattiano.
2. Open the Achievements page from the account menu.
3. Choose an available path.
4. Read all six quest cards and their individual conditions.
5. Check whether activation is required.
6. Complete only the eligible actions stated on each card.
7. Monitor the progress indicators.
8. Claim completed quest rewards where necessary.
9. Complete the full path to unlock the Main Achievement.
10. Check the updated Coin balance before using the Shop.

What Activity Counts Towards an Achievement?

Qualification depends entirely on the wording of the relevant quest. Different cards can apply different game, stake, currency and time conditions.

Eligible Casino Games

A quest may apply to one named game, a group of selected titles or a broader category such as slots, live casino or table games. Activity in a visually similar title does not count unless that game is included.

Games can also become unavailable because of provider or location restrictions. In that case, another quest should not be treated as an automatic replacement unless the achievement page confirms it.

Real-Money and Bonus-Funded Rounds

The card determines whether cash wagers, bonus-funded rounds, free spins or other modes are eligible. Players should not assume that every balance type contributes in the same way.

Demo rounds use virtual credits and generally do not create real account transactions. They should only be expected to count where this is explicitly stated.

Minimum Stake Conditions

Some objectives may specify a minimum qualifying bet. A lower wager can be accepted by the game without contributing to achievement progress.

Check Both Sets of Conditions

When bonus funds are active, players should compare the achievement card with the promotion terms. Relevant restrictions can include:

• maximum permitted stake;

• reduced wagering contribution;
• restricted feature purchases;

• reward and wagering deadlines.

The game accepting a wager does not prove that the round complies with every active promotional condition.

Progress Synchronisation

Achievement progress is linked to the registered account rather than to one device. Eligible activity completed on desktop can therefore appear in the same account when it is opened on mobile.

Players should use the same account and avoid opening several simultaneous game sessions when a task requires precise tracking of rounds or results.

Account Verification and Reward Access

Grattiano may request identity, age, address or payment verification in accordance with its account terms. Completing an achievement does not remove verification requirements that apply to the use of bonuses or the withdrawal of eligible winnings.

Rewards can be withheld or cancelled where activity does not comply with the achievement rules, account terms or one-account policy. Information entered during registration should remain accurate and current.
